6. Land Development.

Now if you have skipped to here without having at least read through the other documents, you will not appreciate or even believe the below is possible. Please remember if figures are not achieved in year one, the following year we will allow in a further 16 companies, and certainly by this time we will get our price.

It is so far the end game of the amalgamation of companies, both the initial strategic alliance, which becomes the governing body, then created the Global Leagues hopefully Google and FaceBook linking to S-World.

I’d hope considering after properly drawing up and implementing the other 50 or so separate business plans designed to fit into one, some or all of the BIG 16 we should be able to get pledges of $1B each.

With that $16B we approach Greece, who are economically troubled, $16B would be enough to get them to listen to us, if we presented it as an economic bail out and I know the perfect ambassador to be our envoy, who we again bring into the initial 16 if he can get Greece to come to the table.

I don’t wish to get of track, but you can imagine the share price increase when a new consortium of the biggest global brands starts to offers economic bailouts. That aside the $16B is just a carrot, in exchange for a larger investment.

We try, and if it can’t happen we can look at just purchasing pre zoned land, or if not Grease, Portugal or Spain, even South Africa. But my preference is Grease as it works perfectly for the film scripts.

.. We try to get one of the economically troubled countries to rezone land for us to build a Dubai like city, with each brand owning 1 Mile of Coastline, preferably 16 Miles deep.

Within each brands section, architectural plans are made in keeping with both the country we are in and the countries that the brands represent in their league.

We then work on creating the blueprints for the entire city perfectly rendered in S-World. So the brands can sell off plan plots to developers.

Now I’m really not sure how much the real estate value would be worth, but I’m sure its worth more than $1B, and hence we can ask more from the Big 16.

However much we raise above $16B we split with the economically troubled country. The other half of the money will be spent creating the infrastructure of either the whole city or just the coastal area’s depends how much these things cost.

NOW, it is my worry that by this point in the proposal, you may feel this is all to far fetched, and maybe it is just a utopian dream that will never happen, but consider this. The first part of this proposal is very solid, and a clear path is presented within your field of expertise “luxury African Travel.” If you believe this works, leave it other experts in their fields to validate the implementation of other aspects.
